IT Officer
Education and Experience :
Holding min Diploma degree D3 majoring in Computer Science, IT or
Information Technology from reputable university.
Have between 2 until 3 years working exp in Technical and
Helpdesk Support or equivalent and support of Ms Office Application
Knowledge and Technical Skills :
Good knowledge of Networking eg LAN, WAN, Cisco Switches, Internet
and IPT. Able to work calmly to solve problems in a fast paced and
demanding environment.
Other Qualifications :
Must have strong verbal and written communications skills.
Have excellent interpersonal skills.
have polite phone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
